Wat ga je precies doen Als administratief medewerker pensioenadministratie speel je een belangrijke rol in het zorgvuldig beheren van onze pensioenadministratie. Je werkt in een omgeving waar wet- en regelgeving continu in beweging is, en jouw nauwkeurigheid en analytische vaardigheden maken het verschil. Je zorgt ervoor dat pensioenregelingen correct worden verwerkt en dat administratieve mutaties foutloos worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast werk je samen met collega’s en andere afdelingen om nieuwe processen en wetgeving succesvol te implementeren. Wat ga je doen:- Controleren of pensioenregelingen en premies correct zijn berekend en verwerkt. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over procesverbeteringen. - Ondersteunen van collega’s en afdelingen bij de implementatie van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving. - Uitvoeren van administratieve mutaties en up-to-date houden van gegevens. - Zorgen dat de administratie aansluit bij veranderende wet- en regelgeving.

Wat bieden we jou - Een bruto uurloon van €18,29. - Een tijdelijk contract met kans op verlenging. - Een werkweek van 32 tot 38 uur, met hybride werkmogelijkheden (60% thuis, 40% op kantoor in Groningen). - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per km (max. 60 km enkele reis) en een thuiswerkvergoeding van €8,31 per week. - Toegang tot trainingen en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden om jouw kennis van pensioenadministratie en procesoptimalisatie te verdiepen. - Een werkomgeving waar teamwork, innovatie en een gezonde werk-privébalans centraal staan.

Functie-eisen We zoeken een nauwkeurige en flexibele administratief medewerker met affiniteit voor pensioenadministratie. - Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring met financiële of pensioenadministratie is een pre. - Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en communicatief vaardig. - Beschikbaar voor 32–38 uur per week in Groningen. - Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
