Wat ga je precies doen Als administratief medewerker pensioenadministratie draag je bij aan het soepel en accuraat beheren van onze pensioenadministratie. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin wet- en regelgeving voortdurend verandert. Met jouw oog voor detail en analytische vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat pensioenregelingen correct worden verwerkt en dat administratieve mutaties nauwkeurig worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega’s en andere afdelingen bij het implementeren van nieuwe processen en wetgeving. Wat je gaat doen: - Controleren: je checkt of pensioenregelingen en premies correct zijn doorberekend en verwerkt. - Analyseren: je signaleert afwijkingen en denkt mee over verbeteringen in processen. - Ondersteunen: je helpt collega’s en andere afdelingen bij de implementatie van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving. - Verwerken: je voert administratieve mutaties uit en houdt de gegevens actueel. - Bijdragen: je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie up-to-date blijft in lijn met veranderende wet- en regelgeving.

Functie-eisen We zoeken een nauwkeurige en flexibele administratief medewerker die affiniteit heeft met pensioenadministratie en procesoptimalisatie. - Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring met financiële of pensioenadministratie is een pre. - Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en communicatief vaardig. - Beschikbaar voor 32–38 uur per week in Groningen. - Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
