Je behandelt administratieve taken en dossiers, verwerkt informatie nauwkeurig en biedt ondersteuning aan inwoners, collega's en externe partners. Dankzij jouw inzet verlopen processen efficiënt en kunnen mensen rekenen op een correcte en klantgerichte service.

Concreet...

Je bent binnen team Personeel & Organisatie een onmisbare schakel in volgende domeinen:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van de dossiers omtrent arbeidsongevallen van aangifte tot afsluit.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging van langdurige afwezigheden en bent verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van de jaarlijkse medische onderzoeken en griepvaccins.
  • Jij bent het informatiepunt in verband met hospitalisatieverzekering, pensioendossiers en het portaal van de Gemeenschappelijke Sociale Dienst Vlaanderen (GSD-V). Je helpt medewerkers bij aansluiting bij de hospitalisatieverzekering, aanvragen van hun pensioen en het aanvragen van premies.
  • Je volgt binnengekomen stage-aanvragen op en zet actief in op de instroom via duaal leren. De opleiding van mentoren en alle administratie in verband met de mentorkorting valt ook onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent voor team Personeel en Organisatie de ambassadeur voor het aankoopproces: opmaken van bestelbonnen heeft voor jou geen geheimen en je helpt je collega’s op het goede spoor als het nodig is.
  • Je communiceert helder, empathisch en professioneel, en blijft ook in uitdagende situaties rustig en duidelijk, zowel naar collega’s als naar kandidaten, stagebegeleiders, aanspreekpunten bij partners, enzovoort.
  • Je kan zelfstandig aan de slag met je taken en kan vlot omdenken naar alternatieven als de gangbare werkwijze niet toereikend blijkt.
  • Je analyseert informatie snel en zet complexe materie moeiteloos om in gestructureerde en begrijpelijke teksten met de juiste conclusies.
  • Je houdt tijdens drukke periodes het hoofd koel en durft je eigen functioneren daarbij in vraag te stellen. Je ziet feedback van anderen als een leerkans.
