Jouw uitdagingen als Administratief Medewerker & Projectondersteuning regio Zwevegem?

  • Je biedt administratieve en operationele ondersteuning aan 2 collega's en zorgt ervoor dat zij op jou kunnen rekenen.
  • Je staat in voor het bestellen van stukken en materialen en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je verzorgt verschillende administratieve taken en zorgt ervoor dat alles nauwkeurig wordt verwerkt.
  • Je ontvangt klanten en staat hen op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier te woord.
  • In de showroom begeleid je klanten en zorg je voor een aangename ontvangst.
  • Je staat mee in voor het opmaken van gasattesten in het kader van veiligheid.
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je bij verschillende projecten en dagelijkse operationele taken.

  • Technische interesse of basiskennis; affiniteit met HVAC is een plus.

  • Flexibel, klantvriendelijk en bereid om bij te springen waar nodig.
