Werk je nauwkeurig? Dan hebben wij een leuke en vooral flexibele functie voor je! Als Administratief Medewerker Recruitment ondersteun je onze recruiters bij het vinden van geschikte kandidaten voor vacatures binnen de bouw- en vastgoedsector. Je bekijkt welke kandidaten uit onze database goed aansluiten bij openstaande vacatures en bekijkt profielen op LinkedIn. Ervaring in recruitment is niet nodig. Wij leren je hoe je gericht zoekt, waar je op moet letten en hoe je een goede match herkent. En het fijne? Je werktijden zijn flexibel in te delen. Wil je bijvoorbeeld alleen een aantal ochtenden per week werken naast je studie? Dat kan. Daarom is deze functie ook heel geschikt voor werkstudenten. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • kandidaten uit onze database koppelen aan passende vacatures; • geschikte kandidaten toevoegen aan onze database; • gegevens van kandidaten controleren en aanvullen; • LinkedIn-profielen beoordelen op opleiding en werkervaring; • steeds slimmer leren zoeken naar kandidaten die bij een vacature passen. Je hoeft kandidaten dus niet zelf te interviewen of vacatures te verkopen. Jouw kracht zit vooral in het zoeken, vergelijken en herkennen van de juiste match. Wie we zoeken Voor deze functie hoef je geen recruitmentervaring te hebben. We zoeken vooral iemand die nauwkeurig te werk gaat, digitaal vaardig is en het leuk vindt om zaken tot op de bodem uit te zoeken. Je: • volgt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding of hebt deze afgerond; • je hoeft geen recruitmentervaring te hebben; • beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed; • kunt z...
