Jij houdt overzicht waar anderen vooral beweging zien. Je schakelt tussen systemen, collega's en processen en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen soepel blijft lopen. Van bestelling tot factuur. Dit ga je doen De afdeling Sales Support/ Verkoopadministratie zorgt ervoor dat het volledige verkoopproces van voertuigen administratief, logistiek en financieel onder controle blijft. Daardoor kunnen verkoopteams efficiënt werken en weten klanten waar ze aan toe zijn. Jouw drie belangrijkste werkzaamheden: Orderverwerking van nieuwe en gebruikte auto's Je verwerkt verkooporders en zorgt dat alle gegevens volledig en correct worden vastgelegd. Facturatie, contract- en dossierbeheer Je zorgt dat dossiers compleet zijn, verwerkt facturen en controleert of alles administratief klopt. Coördinatie van transport en logistieke processen Je stemt af met transport, werkplaats en andere betrokken partijen zodat voertuigen op tijd klaarstaan. Daarnaast: - Verzorg je voertuigregistraties; - Handel je zaken af richting leasemaatschappijen; - Controleer je betalingen en financieringen; - Ondersteun je collega's binnen verkoop en management; - Schakel je met importeur, logistieke partners en interne afdelingen.
