Functieomschrijving: Als administratief medewerker sales support in Heeze ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige afhandeling van inkomende verzoeken. Je monitort de mailbox en zorgt dat elke vraag van een klant bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt. Het is jouw taak om klanten tijdig te voorzien van een passend antwoord, waarbij je altijd streeft naar een hoge tevredenheid.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het invoeren van orders in het systeem. Je controleert gegevens nauwkeurig en stemt de planning af met interne afdelingen.
