Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor de showroom in onze hoofdvestiging in Middelharnis zoeken wij een enthousiaste Administratief medewerker showroom (24 uur per week) Wat ga je doen? Als administratief medewerker showroom ben jij hét visitekaartje van onze showroom. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere bezoeker zich direct welkom voelt. Je ontvangt klanten gastvrij, staat hen vriendelijk te woord en begeleidt hen naar één van onze showroomadviseurs. Dankzij jouw gastvrije uitstraling en servicegerichte houding maak jij het verschil voor onze klanten. Naast deze gastvrije ontvangst zorg je er achter de schermen voor dat de administratieve processen soepel verlopen. Dankzij jouw overzicht, nauwkeurigheid en proactieve houding kunnen onze showroomadviseurs zich volledig richten op het adviseren van klanten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het gastvrij ontvangen en begeleiden van klanten in de showroom; - Het aannemen en doorverbinden van inkomende telefoongesprekken; - Beheren van de showroomagenda en inplannen van afspraken; - Het beantwoorden en opvolgen van klantvragen, serviceverzoeken en klachten; - Het aanmaken en verwerken van orders voor bijbestellingen en kleine artikelen; - Controleren van orderbevestigingen. Kortom: jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's in de showroom. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten niet alleen gastvrij worden ontvangen, maar ook bij vragen, problemen of klachten goed en servicegericht worden geholpen. Wie ben jij?
