World Servants zoekt een betrokken administratieve medewerker voor 24-28 uur per week, over vijf dagen verdeeld. Over World Servants World Servants daagt mensen uit om te dienen, zodat door gelijkwaardige interactie levens veranderd worden. We werken vanuit christelijke waarden aan duurzame projecten wereldwijd, met een sterke focus op samenwerking, ontwikkeling en impact. Dit ga jij doen: - Je onderhoudt telefonisch, via e-mail en whatsapp contact met deelnemers en andere betrokkenen; - Je werkt aan de processen rondom onze deelnemers, zoals het verwerken van aanmeldingen, annuleringen en vragenlijsten en het voorzien van informatie over hun project; - Je werkt aan verschillende administratieve processen zoals het verwerken van retourpost en het up to date houden van het relatiebeheersysteem; - Je ondersteunt samen met het Supportteam de drie World Servants weekenden en bent hier ook(deels) aanwezig; - Je ondersteunt waar mogelijk en nodig bij processen zoals visumaanvraag en lancering van onze nieuwe projecten. De ideale support collega: - heeft het christelijk geloof als basis van zijn/haar leven en onderschrijft de uitgangspunten van World Servants; - weet hoofdzaken en details goed uit elkaar te houden en werkt moeiteloos onder (tijds)druk; - werkt nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en heeft graag goed overzicht; - kan goed zelfstandig werken en weet eigen prioriteiten met die van anderen af te stemmen; - is digitaal vaardig, kan goed met diverse programma's omgaan, een teamplayer en het visitekaartje van World Servants; - heeft minimaal een MBO opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring op het gebied van administratie.
