Voor onze klant, actief binnen gespecialiseerde logistieke dienstverlening, zijn wij op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Tankcontainer logistiek NL ENG.

Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde binnen de wereld van tankcontainers. Vanuit de vestiging in Antwerpen worden tankcontainers voor klanten uit onder meer de chemische, industriële en voedingssector onderhouden, hersteld en technisch opgevolgd. Achter de schermen zorgt een enthousiast team ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt, met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een uitstekende dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen als ADMINISTRATIEF MEDEWERKER TANKCONTAINER LOGISTIEK NL ENG?

Als Administratief Medewerker Tankcontainerlogistiek NL/ENG ben je een onmisbare ondersteuning binnen het administratieve proces. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak worden dossiers correct verwerkt en opgevolgd, zodat de dagelijkse werking vlot kan verlopen.

  • Verwerken van werkorders, jobkaarten en administratieve documenten
  • Na je opleiding dossiers van A tot Z opvolgen
  • Gegevens en statussen correct registreren in het interne systeem
  • Verwerken van foto's, documenten en goedkeuringen
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten via telefoon en e-mail
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de operationele afdeling

Je krijgt de kans om de sector grondig te leren kennen en op termijn verder door te groeien binnen de organisatie.
