Buhlmann is een Belgische onderneming gespecialiseerd in technische oplossingen voor industrie en openbaar vervoer. De activiteiten situeren zich onder meer in werktuigmachines en automatisering, spoorweg- en traminfrastructuur, rolling stock en andere gespecialiseerde technische toepassingen.

Wat Buhlmann als werkgever bijzonder maakt, is de schaal van de organisatie. Je komt terecht in een compact bedrijf waar directie, administratie, sales, projectmanagers, engineers en techniekers dicht bij elkaar werken. De communicatielijnen zijn kort, beslissingen worden snel genomen en collega's helpen elkaar wanneer dat nodig is.

Geen strak afgelijnde functie waarin je jarenlang hetzelfde doet. Je start vanuit een duidelijke verantwoordelijkheid, leert de organisatie en haar technische activiteiten kennen en krijgt vervolgens ruimte om bijkomende taken en verantwoordelijkheden naar je toe te trekken.

Jobomschrijving

Navision, orders en opvolging vormen de basis – maar de functie is duidelijk breder dan klassieke orderadministratie.

Als Administratief Medewerker – Technische Binnendienst & Logistiek ben je een centrale schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en je collega's. Naarmate je ervaring groeit, kan je ook meer betrokken worden bij logistieke opvolging en de administratieve ondersteuning van technische projecten.

  • Klantenorders verwerken en opvolgen in Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
  • Offertes, orderbevestigingen en aankoopbestellingen opmaken.
  • Bestellingen plaatsen bij leveranciers en levertermijnen actief opvolgen.
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij vragen rond onderdelen, wisselstukken en service.
  • Prijzen en offertes bij leveranciers opvragen.
  • Transporten, leveringen, inkomende goederen en voorraadgegevens opvolgen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met sales, projectmanagers, engineers en techniekers.
  • Occasioneel praktisch meehelpen bij een levering of in het magazijn.

De praktische logistieke component blijft beperkt – ongeveer 5 à 10% van de functie – maar illustreert wel de mentaliteit: bij Buhlmann kijkt men niet voortdurend naar waar de ene functiebeschrijving stopt en de andere begint.

Wanneer je de organisatie goed kent, kan je takenpakket verder groeien richting projectondersteuning, bijvoorbeeld via projectdossiers in SharePoint, materiaalbestellingen, leveringsopvolging en administratieve voorbereiding richting facturatie.

We zoeken vooral iemand die administratief sterk is, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag initiatief toont.

Je hebt bij voorkeur relevante ervaring in orderadministratie, aankoop, sales support, customer service, logistieke administratie of een technische binnendienst. Je hoeft geen technische specialist te zijn, maar interesse in een technische omgeving is belangrijk.

  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem; kennis van Navision is een sterke troef. SAP of een vergelijkbaar systeem vormt eveneens een goede basis.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt verschillende dossiers, leveringen en deadlines tegelijk onder controle.
  • Je neemt initiatief: als een leverancier moet worden nagebeld of een dossier verder moet worden uitgezocht, wacht je niet af.
  • Je bent collegiaal en praktisch ingesteld en vindt het geen probleem om occasioneel mee te helpen bij een levering.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan professioneel communiceren in het Engels. Frans is een duidelijke plus; Duits is mooi meegenomen.
