We zoeken een enthousiaste administratief medewerker voor de technische dienst in Knokke Heist. Deze afdeling staat in voor het beheer van de gemeentelijke infrastructuur en het Waterbedrijf. Met een betrokken team bouwen we elke dag aan een betrouwbare dienstverlening voor al de inwoners en bezoekers.

Wil jij als administratief medewerker technische dienst een sleutelrol spelen bij het Waterbedrijf van Knokke Heist? Je komt terecht in een ondersteunende werkomgeving waar je je administratieve talenten volop kunt inzetten en verder kunt ontwikkelen.

Als administratief medewerker technische dienst zorg je voor een vlot verloop van alle administratie rond drinkwaterdistributie en waterleidingswerken. Samen met twee ervaren planners stroomlijn je dossiers en help je de gemeentelijke dienst optimaal functioneren

  • Je bent minimaal in het bezit van een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en goede MS Office-vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, planmatig en vlot samen in teamverband.
  • Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs B om je flexibel te verplaatsen.
  • Affiniteit met technische vraagstukken of ervaring in een soortgelijke sector is een pluspunt.
  • Je stelt aanvraagdossiers voor drinkwateraansluitingen volledig samen.
  • Je informeert burgers en aannemers en bezorgt hen de juiste documentatie.
  • Je voert terreinnazichten uit om de haalbaarheid van geplande aansluitingen te controleren.
  • Je verwerkt technische gegevens op de GIS-computer en houdt statistieken bij over waterverbruik.
  • Je verzorgt algemene administratieve taken, volgt offertes op en ondersteunt de praktische uitwerking van werkzaamheden.
