In ons kleine, betrokken team ben jij een belangrijke schakel. Je ondersteunt de directie en collega's met de administratie en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Wat ga je doen? - Je verzorgt de leerlingen- en schooladministratie; - Je ondersteunt de directie en het team; - Je verzorgt correspondentie en communicatie; - Je houdt overzicht en pakt zelfstandig zaken op; - Je springt flexibel bij waar nodig - De functie is voor 6 uur per week, in overleg flexibel in te delen. Over de school Onze school, in het dorp Hoogmade, telt ongeveer 100 leerlingen en zit sinds 2018 in een splinternieuw gebouw. We hebben een stabiel team bestaande uit 7 bevlogen en betrokken professionals. In ons IKC werken wij met opvang en onderwijs onder één dak. In een klein team werken wij coöperatief samen in vier combinatiegroepen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en flexibiliteit is belangrijk! IKC ter Does, maakt deel uit van SPO WIJ de Venen. Bij WIJ de Venen staat de Wij voorop. Wij werken en leren met elkaar. Wij staan met beide benen op de grond en kijken met een open blik naar de wereld. Onze scholen zijn stevig geworteld in het Randstedelijke Groene Hart. Je vindt er de vertrouwdheid van de eigen buurt, de weidsheid van het landschap en de nabijheid van grote steden.
