Als Administratief medewerker Time Admin binnen onze logistiek speel je een cruciale rol in de ondersteuning van onze operationele teams. Dankzij jouw administratieve nauwkeurigheid beschikken collega's steeds over een betrouwbare planning, correcte personeelsgegevens en een correcte loonverwerking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteuning van planning en operations: Je ondersteunt Teamcoördinatoren en Operations Coordinators bij het voorbereiden en bijsturen van personeelsplanningen. Je verzamelt en verwerkt informatie over afwezigheden zodat operationele processen optimaal kunnen blijven verlopen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen steeds beschikken over actuele en correcte gegevens.
  • Personeelsadministratie: Je verwerkt en controleert personeelsgegevens zoals prestaties, functies en personeelsbewegingen in onze systemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve documenten correct en tijdig worden opgemaakt en opgevolgd.
  • Afwezigheidsbeheer: Je ontvangt, registreert en verwerkt meldingen van afwezigheden. Je controleert verlofaanvragen en andere afwezigheden en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling. Je spoort onregelmatigheden op in registraties en corrigeert deze waar nodig.
  • Rapportering: Je stelt dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijks rapporten op voor management, Teamco's en logistieke diensten.
  • Advies en communicatie: Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond afwezigheden, verlof en geldende procedures. Je geeft correct advies en zorgt ervoor dat de geldende richtlijnen en procedures worden nageleefd.

Je kan rekenen op een vast uurrooster:

  • 12u30-20u02 - verplicht op zaterdag van 5u-12u32 - variabele roulementsdag in de week tussen maandag en vrijdag - 5 dagen/week - 36u/week.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een secundair diploma en hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, Excel en algemene IT-toepassingen.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan vlot werken met verschillende systemen.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer deadlines naderen.
  • Je bent discreet en gaat vertrouwelijk om met personeelsgegevens.
