Kun jij goed luisteren, de situatie beoordelen en duidelijk uitleggen wat er mogelijk is? Bij Dienst Toeslagen help je gedupeerde ouders op een moeilijk moment. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker schuldhulpverlening werk je in het team Acute Nood. Je spreekt gedupeerde ouders die dringend hulp nodig hebben. Je luistert naar hun verhaal, onderzoekt wat er speelt en kijkt welke hulp past. Soms zijn gesprekken emotioneel of krijg je te maken met weerstand. Juist dan is het belangrijk dat je rustig blijft en duidelijk bent. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je spreekt ouders persoonlijk en telefonisch over hun situatie. - Je beoordeelt zorgvuldig welke hulp zij nodig hebben. - Je regelt een noodvoorziening of spoedbetaling als een ouder daarvoor in aanmerking komt. - Je brengt ouders in contact met een andere afdeling of hulporganisatie als daar de juiste hulp beschikbaar is. - Je legt je beoordeling en de vervolgstappen nauwkeurig vast. - Je vertelt ouders wat je voor hen kunt doen, zodat zij weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week, van 19 oktober tot en met 31 december 2026. Er is een optie tot verlenging. Je bent beschikbaar op donderdag en vrijdag. Donderdag werk je op kantoor in Den Haag. Wie ben jij? Je kunt goed luisteren en blijft rustig als een gesprek lastig wordt. Je kijkt zorgvuldig naar de feiten, maar hebt ook oog voor de persoon achter het verhaal. Je legt besluiten helder uit en werkt nauwkeurig samen met collega's.
