De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Administratief Medewerker

  • Beheren van inkomende telefoons en e-mails
  • Doorverwijzen van klanten naar de juiste contactpersoon
  • Beantwoorden van eerstelijnsvragen
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij het aanmaken van support tickets
  • Up-to-date houden van CRM-gegevens en bewaken van datakwaliteit
  • Zorgen voor een correcte koppeling tussen CRM en ERP
  • Vereenvoudigen en optimaliseren van administratieve processen
  • Opvolgen van openstaande betalingen
  • Communiceren met klanten rond financiële opvolging
  • Bewaken van een vlotte interne communicatie en flow
