The posting

Als Administratief Medewerker Vastgoed ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige, correcte en tijdige administratieve en dossiermatige afhandeling van de woonportefeuille. Je werkt nauw samen met de Assetmanagers en Coördinator Wonen en hebt contact met huurders, gemeenten, waterschappen en andere interne en externe partijen.

Van een huuropzegging of mutatie tot een verhuur- of verkoopdossier: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles van begin tot eind goed wordt vastgelegd en afgehandeld. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt vooruit en weet wanneer het belangrijk is om af te stemmen met een collega.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Volledig administratief afhandelen van huuropzeggingen en mutaties;

- Beheren van verkoop- en verhuurdossiers van begin tot en met afronding;

- Zelfstandig communiceren met huurders over procedures en bevestigingen;

- Behandelen van informatieverzoeken van gemeenten en waterschappen;

- Verzorgen van WOZ-registraties;

- Voorbereiden van bezwaarprocedures rondom de WOZ in overleg met de Coördinator Wonen of Assetmanager;

- Ondersteunen van de Assetmanagers en Coördinator Wonen;

- Verzorgen van communicatie met interne en externe partijen.

Je bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel binnen de afdeling Wonen. Je zorgt dat dossiers op orde zijn, houdt betrokken partijen goed geïnformeerd en zorgt ervoor dat zaken daadwerkelijk worden afgerond.

Je bent iemand die graag structuur aanbrengt en ervoor zorgt dat zaken goed geregeld zijn. Nauwkeurig werken gaat voor jou vanzelf, maar je verliest daarbij het grotere geheel niet uit het oog. Je bent proactief, dienstverlenend en vindt het leuk om met verschillende mensen en partijen te schakelen.

Verder neem je mee:

- Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;

- Een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding, bij voorkeur richting vastgoed of makelaardij, of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau door ervaring;

- Ervaring met Microsoft Office en goede computervaardi
