Koninklijke HandboogSport Nederland (KHSN) is de landelijke sportbond voor de handboogsport. Met ruim 10.000 leden, honderden verenigingen en vele vrijwilligers werken wij elke dag aan een sterke, toegankelijke en goed georganiseerde sport. Wij zien onszelf nadrukkelijk als een serviceorganisatie: wij ondersteunen verenigingen, helpen leden verder en zorgen dat alles achter de schermen soepel en betrouwbaar loopt. Door het vertrek van een collega zoeken wij een administratief medewerker die het leuk vindt om midden in die service te staan. Het bondsbureau bestaat uit 9 FTE, een kleine hechte werkorganisatie. Jouw rol In deze functie ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor verenigingen en leden. Je bent het administratieve hart van het bondsbureau, maar vooral: een dienstverlener, een verbinder en een regelaar. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd heb je contact met: - verenigingsbestuurders - leden - trainers en vrijwilligers - collega's binnen het bondsbureau Je helpt, legt uit, denkt mee en zorgt dat vragen goed en tijdig worden afgehandeld. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden zijn breed en afwisselend. Denk aan: Service & contact Dagelijks contact met verenigingen en leden (mail, telefoon) - Ondersteunen bij vragen over lidmaatschap, administratie, opleidingen en regelingen - Helpen van verenigingen bij het gebruik van onze systemen (CRM/ Onze Relaties) Leden- en verenigingsadministratie - Verwerken van aan- en afmeldingen, mutaties en bestuurswijzigingen - Actueel houden van leden- en verenigingsgegevens - Verzorgen van lidmaatschapspassen, jubilea en onderscheidingen Opleidingen & sportzaken - Administratieve ondersteuning van opleidingen en cursussen - Contact met cursisten, trainers en docenten - Verzorg...
