The posting

Voor de opvolging van ons vastgoedbeheer zijn wij op zoek naar een verhuurbeheerder die instaat voor de dagelijkse opvolging van onze verhuurpanden en huurders.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor huurders en zorgt ervoor dat het volledige verhuurproces vlot en professioneel verloopt. Je combineert hierbij vastgoedkennis, administratieve nauwkeurigheid, commerciële vaardigheden en een goede dosis zelfstandigheid.

Je werkt actief mee aan het beheer van de verhuurportefeuille en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct worden opgevolgd van de eerste contacten met kandidaat-huurders tot en met de verdere opvolging van de huur.

Jouw taken

  • Beheren en opvolgen van verhuurpanden en huurders.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van huurders en kandidaat-huurders.
  • Opvolgen van kandidaat-huurders en huurdersdossiers.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van bezoeken aan huurpanden.
  • Administratief opvolgen van kandidaat-huurders.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van huurovereenkomsten en bijhorende documenten.
  • Opvolgen van intredende en vertrekkende huurders.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van plaatsbeschrijvingen.
  • Opvolgen van herstellingen, onderhoud en eventuele problemen in de verhuurpanden.
  • Contact onderhouden met eigenaars, huurders, aannemers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Administratieve opvolging van huurprijzen, indexeringen, documenten en betalingen.
  • De verhuurdossiers up-to-date houden in Rentio.
  • Correct verwerken en opvolgen van informatie, documenten en communicatie in Rentio.
  • Signaleren van problemen en ervoor zorgen dat deze tijdig en correct worden opgelost.
  • Meedenken over een efficiënte organisatie en verdere professionalisering van het verhuurbeheer.
  • Goede kennis van vastgoed en verhuur.
  • Ervaring in vastgoed, verhuur of een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt.
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en administratief sterk.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Klantgericht en communicatief vaardig.
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van Rentio is een pluspunt.
