Heb je administratief talent, technisch inzicht en interesse in de wereld van brandweervoertuigen? Werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hou je graag verschillende dossiers tegelijk onder controle? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken.

Jouw functie

Als Administratief Medewerker Verkoop Handelswaren ondersteun je de commerciële activiteiten. Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van bestellingen en volgt de verkoopdossiers administratief op van bestelling tot levering en facturatie.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de verkoopafdeling, het magazijn, de logistieke dienst en de boekhouding.

Jouw taken

  • Je voert klantenbestellingen voor handelswaren in het ERP-systeem in.
  • Je volgt bestellingen en levertermijnen nauwgezet op.
  • Je informeert klanten over leveringen, in overleg met de verkoopverantwoordelijke.
  • Je stelt verkoopdossiers samen en zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten volledig en correct zijn.
  • Je controleert dossiers en bereidt de gegevens voor de facturatie voor.
  • Je registreert en volgt klachten en garantieaanvragen administratief op.
  • Je zorgt voor de nodige documenten, labels en informatie voor verzendingen.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een administratieve, commerciële of economische richting.
  • Een graduaat- of bachelordiploma is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in administratie, orderverwerking, commerciële binnendienst of logistieke administratie.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en controleert systematisch je eigen werk.
  • Je bent georganiseerd en kunt meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en respecteert afspraken en deadlines.
  • Je werkt graag volgens duidelijke procedures en processen.
  • Je blijft rustig en zorgvuldig tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt interesse in technische producten en brandweervoertuigen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Business Central, is een troef.
  • Je kunt praktisch werken met Excel en tekstverwerkingsprogramma’s.
