Als Medewerker Voorraadbeheer zorg jij ervoor dat alle artikelen op tijd binnen zijn, zodat duizenden kerstpakketten compleet en op tijd kunnen worden verstuurd. Geen dag is hetzelfde en samen met je collega's werk je hard toe naar een succesvol kerstseizoen. Als Medewerker Voorraadbeheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bestellen, controleren en verwerken van artikelen. Je verwerkt ontvangen goederen in SAP, onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en bewaakt de voortgang van openstaande bestellingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de collega's van Goederenontvangst en de Supply Chain Planner om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Bestellen van artikelen bij leveranciers. • Controleren, verwerken en bijboeken van ontvangen bestellingen. • Uitvoeren van voorraadcontroles en monitoren van openstaande orders. • Verzenden van retourartikelen en uitvoeren van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden. Over de werkgever Je gaat aan de slag bij een van de grootste horecagroothandels van Nederland. Tijdens het kerstseizoen werk je midden in de voorbereidingen van duizenden kerstpakketten. Je werkt in het magazijn en hebt veel contact met collega's van verschillende afdelingen en met leveranciers. De werkomgeving is dynamisch en tijdens de drukke periode zetten jullie samen de schouders eronder om alles op tijd gereed te krijgen. Wat vragen wij: • Mbo werk en denkniveau. • Nauwkeurige werkhouding en goed overzicht kunnen bewaren. • Ervaring met Outlook en Excel. • Ervaring met SAP is een pré. • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is mooi meegenomen. • Goede beheer...
