Ben jij nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en geïnteresseerd in een functie waarin administratie en dienstverlening samenkomen? Wil je burgers op een correcte en professionele manier verder helpen en je verdiepen in de regelgeving rond vreemdelingenzaken? Dan ben jij misschien wel de collega die we zoeken!

Als administratief medewerker binnen de dienst Onthaal & Burgerzaken ben je actief binnen het team Vreemdelingen. In deze functie werk je zeker niet alleen achter de schermen in de backoffice: je staat dagelijks in direct contact met onze burgers en je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij tijdig en correct worden geholpen, ook op drukke momenten. Daarnaast sta je in voor de administratieve behandeling en opvolging van dossiers. Je controleert documenten, verstekt informatie en attesten, terwijl je vlot schakelt met iedereen die betrokken is.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collegialiteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met je collega’s en het diensthoofd. Je houdt de regelgeving en procedures binnen jouw vakgebied nauwgezet bij en draagt actief bij aan een kwaliteitsvolle, efficiënte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs of een gelijkwaardig diploma.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht en je nauwkeurigheid, ook wanneer je meerdere dossiers tegelijk moet opvolgen.
  • Je hebt interesse in vreemdelingenzaken en bent bereid je grondig te verdiepen in de geldende wetgeving, procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met courante digitale toepassingen en administratieve systemen.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereidt om snel te schakelen tussen taken.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die proactief bijdraagt aan een goede sfeer en onderlinge ondersteuning.
