Salaris: Minimaal €2.599,21 en maximaal €3.233,35 op basis van 36 uur (conform CAO VVT, schaal 25)

Werkdagen/tijden: Maandag, dinsdag en donderdag vanaf 08:00 uur

Sluitingsdatum vacature: 18 oktober 2026 (indien voldoende reacties, kan de vacature eerder gesloten worden)

Over de organisatie Zorggroep Zaanstreek bestaat momenteel uit twee kleinschalige, Zaanse ouderenzorgcentra, namelijk Pennemes en Mennistenerf. Wij bieden zorg aan ouderen met een somatische- of psychogeriatrische achtergrond. Dit doen we in de appartementen in onze hoofdgebouwen, maar ook in de aanleunwoningen. In de wijken rondom onze zorgcentra verlenen wij extramurale zorg bij cliënten thuis. Ook bieden wij thuiszorg in de buurt en WMO hulp bij het huishouden bij oudere bewoners in Zaandam, Koog a/d Zaan, Zaandijk en Westzaan.

Doordat we een compacte organisatie zijn, hebben wij korte lijnen en een persoonlijke aanpak. Prettig samenwerken met de verschillende disciplines is voor ons belangrijk.

Ons team bestaat uit circa 140 huishoudelijk medewerkers in de wijk. Op kantoor werken we met drie administratief medewerkers die de huishoudelijke zorg plannen tussen client en medewerker. Onze coördinator planning is het aanspreekpunt qua client afspraken. Samen met de teamleider WMO, coördinator planning en administratief medewerkers zorgen we ervoor dat de medewerkers in de wijk naar tevredenheid een prettig werkrooster hebben, die goed te combineren is met de thuissituatie.
