The posting

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve processen vlot verlopen. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je ontvangt klanten en beantwoordt inkomende telefoons op een vriendelijke en professionele manier.
  • Je staat in voor de algemene administratieve opvolging.
  • Je maakt facturen op en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling en betaling.
  • Je helpt klanten verder met vragen en geeft advies over producten en accessoires.
  • Je beheert mee de voorraad en zorgt ervoor dat de winkel ordelijk en aantrekkelijk blijft.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en volgt bestellingen op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn en administratief correct worden opgevolgd.

Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met je collega's en draagt bij aan een vlotte klantenservice en dagelijkse werking.

  • Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of commerciële richting.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans. Een goede Franse kennis is belangrijk om klanten professioneel te kunnen verderhelpen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een goed oog voor detail en werkt facturatie correct af.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, communicatief en servicegericht.
  • Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en houdt ervan om in een afwisselende functie te werken.
  • Ervaring met facturatie of klantenadministratie is een pluspunt.
  • Interesse in kamperen, motorhomes of reizen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
