De functie inhoud Als Administratief Medewerker / Office Support in regio De Panne krijg je een breed en afwisselend takenpakket:

  • Rechterhand van de zaakvoerder binnen de dagelijkse organisatie van het kantoor
  • Klanten warm ontvangen en professioneel verder helpen via onthaal en telefonie
  • Opvolgen en verwerken van klantendossiers en administratieve documenten
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bij het onboarden van nieuwe klanten
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van documenten, ondertekeningen en volmachten
  • Klanten contacteren voor praktische opvolgingen en afspraken
  • Beheer van algemene kantooradministratie en praktische opvolging van bestellingen
  • Actief meedenken over digitalisatie en optimalisatie van administratieve processen
