Je krijgt een brede verantwoordelijkheid, komt dagelijks met heel wat verschillende mensen in contact en wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Administratief Onthaalbediende?

  • Het eerste aanspreekpunt vormen voor klanten, bezoekers, leveranciers en chauffeurs
  • De centrale telefonie beheren en inkomende vragen vlot naar de juiste collega doorspelen
  • Bestellingen verwerken die via mail, telefoon of vertegenwoordigers binnenkomen
  • Orders correct registreren in het systeem waarbij de specifieke afspraken per klant nauwgezet opgevolgd worden
  • Particuliere klanten verder helpen bij de aankoop, inclusief betalingen en kassabeheer
  • Binnenkomende leveringen administratief controleren aan de hand van leveringsbonnen, CMR's en weegbonnen
  • De voorraad aan kantoorbenodigdheden opvolgen en bestellingen plaatsen wanneer nodig
  • Vergaderzalen inplannen, agenda's beheren en ervoor zorgen dat alles tijdig klaarstaat
  • Waar nodig mee nadenken over de logistieke planning en collega's hierin ondersteunen

Onze klant Je komt terecht binnen een stabiele onderneming in de agrosector, waar dagelijks heel wat beweging samenkomt. Bestellingen, leveringen, klanten, leveranciers en logistieke activiteiten zorgen voor een omgeving waarin er altijd iets te doen is.

Centraal in die werking staat het onthaal. Van hieruit worden bezoekers ontvangen, telefoons opgevolgd, bestellingen verwerkt en verschillende administratieve processen in goede banen geleid. Tegelijkertijd blijf je nauw betrokken bij wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt.

De functie biedt daardoor heel wat meer dan klassiek onthaalwerk. Administratief inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een praktische ingesteldheid maken het verschil.

Binnen het team heerst een open sfeer met korte communicatielijnen. Hoewel het onthaal een zelfstandige werkplek is, bevinden de collega's zich vlakbij en is er voortdurend overleg mogelijk. Wie ben je als Administratief Onthaalbediende?

  • Een bachelordiploma is mooi meegenomen, maar een stabiel parcours met relevante ervaring weegt minstens even zwaar
  • Idealiter breng je ongeveer 5 jaar werkervaring mee en kan je snel zelfstandig aan de slag
  • Een open en sociale persoonlijkheid die gemakkelijk contact legt met verschillende types mensen
  • Teamspirit is belangrijk: collega's helpen en betrokken zijn bij de bredere werking komt vanzelf
  • Nauwkeurig werken zit in je natuur en ook wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt, blijven de puntjes op de i staan
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid maakt het makkelijk om snel tussen administratie, klantencontact en praktische zaken te schakelen
  • Kritisch kunnen nadenken is een troef: niet alleen uitvoeren, maar ook zelf verbanden leggen en vooruitdenken
  • Een directe, no-nonsense manier van communiceren schrikt je niet af
  • Nederlands is essentieel; een basiskennis Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen in het contact met leveranciers en chauffeurs
  • Wie al voeling heeft met de agrosector of landbouwomgeving, heeft uiteraard een extra streepje voor
