Bij Zorgbedrijf Meetjesland zijn we op zoek naar een administratief planner voor ons woonzorgcentrum Ter Caele te Evergem. Als administratief planner van het WZC ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige voorbereidende fase van de personeelsplanning. Jouw doel is om de teamcoaches maximaal te ondersteunen en te ontlasten door een kwalitatieve basisplanning op te maken. Je focust je specifiek op het plannen en roosteren.

Je vertrekt vanuit de vastgestelde basisroulementen en vult openstaande gaten proactief in. Tijdens het planningsgerelateerde teamoverleg fungeer je als verslaggever. Na het afkloppen van de planning bied je administratieve ondersteuning aan de teamcoaches.

Bij deze taken draag je de waarden klantgericht, respectvol en waarderend, professioneel en integer, met goesting en geëngageerd, samenwerkend hoog in het vaandel.

Wat moet je kunnen aantonen?

  • je beschikt over een diploma van het secundair onderwijs of daarmee gelijkgesteld onderwijs Preselectie Vanaf 10 weerhouden kandidaten zal een preselectie worden toegepast. Deze preselectie bestaat een grondige screening van de CV’s. De preselectie is eliminerend in die zin dat enkel de geslaagde kandidaten (minstens 50%) en enkel de 10 best gerangschikte kandidaten uit de uitslag van de preselectie, worden toegelaten tot het eerste deel van de eigenlijke examenprocedure. Het resultaat van de preselectie wordt niet meegeteld bij de resultaten van de eigenlijke selectieprocedure. De selectieproeven bestaan uit:
  1. Online planningstest (02.11): Een thuisproef georganiseerd door extern selectiebureau Orpsy.
  2. Schriftelijke proef (12.11): Op de hoofdzetel van ZBM (Sleidinge-Dorp 43, 9940 Evergem). Bij veel kandidaten kunnen deze proeven uitlopen naar 13.11.2026.
  3. Mondelinge proef (12.11): Eveneens op de hoofdzetel van ZBM (mogelijk uitloop naar 13.11).

Belangrijk: Voor de planningstest, de schriftelijke proef en de mondelinge proef moet je telkens minstens 60% behalen om te slagen. Na elk onderdeel vindt een eliminatie plaats.
