Als administratief planner bij Dolmans in Amsterdam zorg jij ervoor dat onze schimmelopdrachten van aanvraag tot uitvoering goed worden georganiseerd. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten, opdrachtgevers en collega's. Nieuwe opdrachten neem je aan en verwerk je zorgvuldig in onze systemen. Vervolgens zorg jij voor een goede planning van onze schimmelinspecteurs en schimmelspecialisten. Komt er iets tussendoor of verandert een afspraak? Dan schakel jij snel en zorg je dat iedereen op de hoogte is. Naast de planning houd je de voortgang van opdrachten in de gaten en ondersteun je bij voorstellen, facturen en andere administratieve werkzaamheden. Dankzij jouw overzicht staat de juiste informatie op de juiste plek en kunnen je collega's verder. Jouw werkdag Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 08.00 en 16.30 uur. Gedurende de dag komen nieuwe opdrachten binnen die jij registreert en inplant. Je hebt contact met klanten en collega's, verwerkt wijzigingen en houdt in de gaten of alles volgens planning verloopt. Je werkzaamheden wisselen elkaar gedurende de dag af. Juist die combinatie van plannen, administratie en contact met verschillende mensen maakt de functie afwisselend. Dit zit erin voor jou: - Een salaris tussen de €3.100 en €3.300 bruto per maand - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week - 27 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering - Hybride werken, met de mogelijkheid om 1 dag per week thuis te werken - Een goede inwerkperiode waarin je onze systemen en werkzaamheden leert kennen - Ee...
