De Administratief Planner Groendienst is de organisatorische spil van een moderne groendienst met sterke maatschappelijke impact. Je zorgt voor planning, precisie en een vlotte administratieve flow van offerte tot facturatie. Dankzij jouw structuur en overzicht kunnen werfleiders en de business unit manager efficiënt werken en blijven projecten binnen timing en budget.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden

  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de volledige groendienst.
  • Offertes opmaken inclusief calculaties en nacalculaties.
  • Klantendossiers beheren en contracten administratief verwerken.
  • Planningen opstellen (jaar, maand, week, dag) in overleg met werfleiders.
  • Medewerkers inplannen op basis van competenties en beschikbaarheid.
  • Materiaal en machines coördineren per werf en helder communiceren naar teams.
  • Werkuren opvolgen voor correcte facturatie.
  • Uitgevoerde werken controleren tegenover offertes en contracten.
  • Werkbonnen en dagrapporten verwerken en budget/timing bewaken.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor klanten rond lopende dossiers en wijzigingen.
  • Prijsoffertes opvragen, materialen bestellen en leveringen opvolgen.
  • Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsdocumenten beheren.
  • Werken met ERP en planningssoftware en databanken up-to-date houden.
  • Procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering mee vormgeven.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de collega-backoffice voor andere diensten.
  • Ervaring als backoffice medewerker, planner of administratief ondersteuner, bij voorkeur in groen, bouw of technische sector.
  • Efficiënt, geconcentreerd en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Sterk in planning, organisatie en overzicht.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en cijfermatig sterk.
  • Communicatief vaardig en vlot in samenwerking met werfleiders, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Proactief, hands-on en oplossingsgericht.
  • Goede kennis van Excel, ERP‑systemen en planningssoftware.
  • Ervaring met digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Affiniteit met de groensector is een pluspunt.
