Als Projectondersteuner speel je een belangrijke rol in de ondersteuning van zowel het projectteam. Dankzij jouw organisatievermogen verlopen administratie, planning en opvolging vlot, waardoor project- en werfleiders zich kunnen richten op de operationele werkzaamheden.

Wie zoeken we?

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Ervaring binnen een bouw- of technische omgeving, zoals het uitvoeren van opmetingen is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent sterk georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, voor dagelijks contact met Franstalige klanten.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en laat je niet snel uit je lood slaan.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft 365, waaronder Excel, Word, SharePoint en Teams.

Functieomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beheren, controleren en actualiseren van technische dossiers, plannen, voortgangsrapporten en werfdocumentatie.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en overzichtelijke archivering van alle projectgebonden documenten.
  • Registreren van onderaannemers via Checkinatwork.
  • Opvolgen van aanwezigheidslijsten en controleren van de vereiste veiligheidsdocumenten.
  • Ondersteunen bij administratieve taken gekoppeld aan lopende projecten.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen het productie- en installatieteam.
  • Verzorgen van een vlotte informatiestroom tussen de verschillende betrokken afdelingen.
  • Organiseren en voorbereiden van materialen voor de werf.
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en leveringen.
  • Inplannen en coördineren van service- en interventieopdrachten.
