De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Project Manager:

  • Opvolgen van internationale vergader- en conferentieprojecten van A tot Z
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen klant, tolken en interne organisatie
  • Selecteren en coördineren van de juiste freelancers uit een pool van 600 à 700 professionals per project
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid tot en met de finale oplevering
  • Verzorgen van professioneel klantencontact in een corporate omgeving met hoge standaarden
  • Autonoom beheren van projecten na een korte inwerkperiode
  • Meewerken aan de onboarding van een tweede collega zodra volledige zelfstandigheid bereikt is

Onze klant Onze klant is actief binnen de internationale vergader- en conferentiesector en ondersteunt grote corporate spelers bij het overbruggen van taalbarrières tijdens live communicatie. Binnen een compacte kernstructuur wordt samengewerkt met een uitgebreid netwerk van gespecialiseerde freelancers. De lat ligt hoog door de internationale klanten, waardoor kwaliteit en professionaliteit centraal staan. Wie jij bent als administratief projectverantwoordelijke:

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk in face-to-face communicatie
  • Ervaring met projectopvolging of eventgerelateerde coördinatie is een sterke troef
  • In staat om snel autonoom te werken
  • Stressbestendig en comfortabel in een omgeving met hoge kwaliteitsverwachtingen
  • Zakelijk sterk in communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, Frans, en Engels (zowel gesproken als schriftelijk).
  • Professionele kennis van Duits en/of andere talen vormt een absolute meerwaarde
