Bij Fleetport zoeken we administratief talent voor onze transportafdeling. Ervaring is niet vereist - wij leren je graag alles wat je nodig hebt! Over de functie Als administratief medewerker land je middenin het kloppend hart van onze transportafdeling. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkdag zit vol afwisseling en je leert het vak in de praktijk, met ervaren collega's die je goed op weg helpen. Jouw belangrijkste taak: zorgen dat alles administratief soepel verloopt, zodat chauffeurs en klanten altijd op je kunnen rekenen. Een greep uit de werkzaamheden: · Het verwerken van vertragingen van chauffeurs; · Het verwerken van onkosten van chauffeurs; · Het afronden van transporten voor de facturatie; · Het beantwoorden van WhatsApp berichten van chauffeurs; · Het beantwoorden van telefoontjes van chauffeurs en klanten; · Het bijhouden en verwerken van de mailbox; Op termijn is er de mogelijkheid om mee te denken en ondersteunen bij de personeelsadministratie - een mooie kans om je verder te ontwikkelen. Functie eisen · Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, of je rondt deze binnenkort af; · Je bent digitaal vaardig en pikt nieuwe systemen snel op; · Je bent klantvriendelijk en schakelt graag met verschillende mensen; · Je houdt gemakkelijk overzicht, ook als er veel op je afkomt; · Je hebt interesse in de transport- en automotivewereld.
