Als administratief bediende ben jij de spilfiguur van het kantoor. Je zorgt ervoor dat de agenda klopt, klanten correct geholpen worden en dossiers vlot worden opgevolgd. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent kunnen collega's en klanten elke dag op jou rekenen.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor inkomende telefoons en mails
  • Je beheert de agenda en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning
  • Je plant afspraken in voor particuliere en professionele klanten
  • Je volgt periodieke opdrachten nauwgezet op
  • Je maakt offertes op aan de hand van bestaande prijslijsten
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie en administratieve opvolging van dossiers

Je werkt voltijds in een vaste dagregeling van maandag tot vrijdag.
