Functieomschrijving: Als Administratief Teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, aansturen en ondersteunen van een hecht team van drie administratief medewerkers. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte verwerking van administratieve processen, bewaakt kwaliteit en deadlines en behoudt het overzicht over diverse mailboxen en werkstromen.Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouw je aan duurzame relaties. Je verdeelt werkzaamheden, voert ontwikkelgesprekken en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager / Terminal Manager. Samen met jouw team borg je een vlekkeloze communicatie tussen klanten en interne operationele afdelingen.

Functievereisten: Wat wij verwachten van een Administratief Teamleader: • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een klantgerichte en coachende instelling; • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team; • Ervaring binnen de logistieke sector en uitstekende beheersing van Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
