Bij EOC Group draait alles om precisie, betrouwbaarheid en teamwork, ook achter de schermen. Als administratief medewerker bij onze onderhoudsdienst in Evergem ben jij de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat bestellingen, planningen en administratie vlekkeloos verlopen, zodat ons onderhoudsteam elke dag veilig en efficiënt kan werken.

Wat zoeken wij?

Bestellingen en levering

  • Je maakt bestelaanvragen op en volgt ze op tot de levering binnen is
  • Je verwerkt ontvangsten van materialen en diensten
  • Je behandelt afwijkingsdossiers wanneer een levering niet klopt
  • Je maakt PR's op voor gepresteerde diensten van contractors
  • Je vraagt offertes op voor bepaalde diensten of services

Onderhoudsplanning in SAP

  • Je geeft preventieve onderhoudsplannen in SAP in en houdt ze up-to-date
  • Je koppelt de juiste begeleidende documenten aan elke planning
  • Je vult technische informatie aan op niveau van de functional locations

Magazijn en stock

  • Je beheert de masterdata en de stock van het magazijn
  • Je organiseert transporten voor materialen die verstuurd moeten worden
  • Je vangt goederenontvangsten op bij afwezigheid van de magazijnier
  • Je neemt ownership over het magazijn: je houdt het op orde en neemt zelf initiatief waar nodig
  • Je voert het effectieve magazijnwerk uit (ontvangst, opslag, uitgifte van materialen)

Onboarding van nieuwe collega's

  • Je geeft SAP-opleiding aan nieuwe medewerkers in Evergem
  • Je stelt een introductieplan op en regelt praktische zaken (badge, werkkledij, ...)

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt een eerste ervaring in een magazijnsomgeving; ervaring in een technisch magazijn of onderhoudsomgeving is een groot pluspunt
  • Je beschikt over ervaring in SAP of een gelijkaardig systeem
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, administratief nauwkeurig en werkt graag zelfstandig
  • Nauwlettendheid en structuur brengen zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Je communiceert proactief en durft assertief op te treden waar nodig
