Onze klant is op zoek naar een Administratief Technisch Assistent om een dynamisch bijstandsteam te versterken. In deze functie ben jij de persoon tot wie mensen zich wenden wanneer ze hulp nodig hebben, soms in onverwachte of stressvolle situaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor personen die assistentie nodig hebben en empathische en professionele ondersteuning bieden
  • Inkomende oproepen behandelen en elke situatie analyseren om de beste oplossing te bepalen
  • Assistentiedossiers van A tot Z openen, beheren en opvolgen
  • Repatriëringen, reizen en medische bijstand coördineren
  • Reizen en praktische regelingen organiseren voor artsen en andere professionals
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders om de juiste oplossing te vinden
  • Ervoor zorgen dat dossiers nauwkeurig en up-to-date blijven en een vlotte opvolging gedurende het hele proces garanderen
  • Snel reageren op onverwachte situaties en je prioriteiten hierop aanpassen
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor elke situatie en ervoor zorgen dat de persoon die assistentie ontvangt zich goed ondersteund voelt

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een mature, empathische en oprecht hulpvaardige persoonlijkheid * Je vindt het leuk om oplossingen te zoeken in plaats van enkel problemen te identificeren * Je hebt eerdere ervaring in customer service, een contactcenter, administratie, de reissector, assistentie of een gelijkaardige omgeving * Je bent georganiseerd en voelt je comfortabel bij het beheren van meerdere dossiers en prioriteiten tegelijk * Je blijft kalm en oplossingsgericht, zelfs wanneer situaties stressvol of onverwacht zijn * Je reist graag en hebt een open en avontuurlijke ingesteldheid, waardoor je je gemakkelijk aanpast aan verschillende culturen, situaties en mensen * Je bent flexibel, pragmatisch en durft buiten de gebaande paden te denken * Je beheerst het Frans, Nederlands en Engels vloeiend * Je werkt graag in een hecht team en bent bereid om een functie met ploegendienst en weekendwerk volledig te omarmen
