The posting

Voor een bouwbedrijf in regio Wervik zijn wij op zoek naar een werfvoorbereider. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je helpt mee met de voorbereiding bij aanbestedingen
  • Je werkt het volledige technische uitvoerings­dossier administratief uit,
  • Je vraagt technische fiches op van de materialen en controleert of deze voldoen aan de voorschriften in het lastenboek, in lijn met de werf planning.
  • Je vraagt offertes op voor materialen, maakt prijsvergelijkingen en zorgt voor tijdige bestelling en afroep.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met interne diensten (werfleiding, projectleiding) én externe partijen (bouwheren, onderaannemers, leveranciers, overheden...).
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid van de voorbereidingsfase tot de uitvoering.

Wat kan jij ons bieden?

  • Je beschikt over minimum A2 of Bachelordiploma binnen een administratieve richting
  • Enige werkervaring in infra/wegenbouw/riolering is een pluspunt en je toont interesse in de bouwsector.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en bent organisatorisch en administratief sterk.
  • Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit, ziet knelpunten snel en denkt actief mee in verbeteringen.
  • Je bent communicatief ingesteld en kan vlot schakelen tussen technisch detailwerk en contacten met leveranciers/onderaannemers.
  • Kennis van plannen lezen, ervaring met (AutoCAD / teken­software) is een plus.
  • Nederlands is de voertaal, kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een voordeel.
