Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Bedrijfsinformatie De Techniekgroep C4i-NB maakt deel uit van de Afdeling Maritieme Techniek (AMT) van de Defence Materiel Organisation (DMI). Deze afdeling zorgt ervoor dat de technische systemen aan boord van marineschepen goed blijven werken, worden verbeterd en tijdig worden vernieuwd. Denk hierbij aan communicatiesystemen, computers, netwerken en de automatisering van installaties aan boord. Kort gezegd: C4i zorgt ervoor dat de techniek achter de schepen van de Koninklijke Marine betrouwbaar, modern en toekomstbestendig blijft. Als Werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, planning en voortgangsbewaking van werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling. Je zorgt dat opdrachten helder zijn, middelen en capaciteit beschikbaar worden gesteld en dat de uitvoering soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en het beheren van raamafspraken. Specifieke taken in deze rol: - Voorbereiden en uitwerken van opdrachten in werkorders, inclusief het reserveren van mensen, materialen en middelen. - Maken van planningen en verdelen van werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling. - Controleren of alles (materiaal, mensen, middelen) op tijd beschikbaar is en zo nodig extra aanvragen doen. - Bijhouden van de voortgang, problemen signaleren en dit terugkoppelen aan de opdrachtgever. - Zorgen voor een goede registratie in de systemen en het afronden en archiveren van werkopdrachten. - Contact onderhouden met collega's, andere afdelingen en leveranciers om werkzaamheden goed af te stemmen. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in de werkprocessen en voorstellen doen om efficiënter te werken.
