Functie-inhoud:

Als administratief bediende ben je een centrale schakel in de dagelijkse werking.

  • Je ondersteunt collega's, bewaart het overzicht en bouwt stap voor stap kennis op van de activiteiten en processen.
  • Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en praktisch:

Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van collega's

  • Verwerken van werkbonnen

uren invullen contact met techniekers na inloopperiode: werkbonnen volledig voorbereiden voor facturatie

  • Opstellen en aanvullen van technische constructiedossiers van installaties en zorgen voor ontvangst bij de klant
  • Ontvangen en verwerken van pakketten

indien nodig nieuwe producten aanmaken in het ERP-systeem

Samenstellen en verzenden van pakketten

  • Opstarten en opvolgen van projecten

projectmap aanmaken gegevens verzamelen stickers bestellen keuringen inplannen en opvolgen

  • Aanvullen en beheren van geplaatste installaties (assets) in het systeem
  • Verwerken van onderhoudsverslagen en opvolgen van opmerkingen bij klanten
  • Overzicht houden van jaarlijkse onderhouden en klanten proactief contacteren
  • Beantwoorden van telefoons op kantoor
  • Administratie rond wagens, aanhangwagens, installaties en machines up-to-date houden

(keuringen, verzekeringen, documenten)

Voorbereiden van offertes Belangrijke kerncompetenties:

  • Je bent sociaal, vlot en communicatief
  • Je durft vragen stellen en neemt initiatief

Je voelt je goed in een klein, hecht team , waarin voor hetzelfde resultaat werkt

  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler

, werkt nauwkeurig, praktisch en hands-on

  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse om (technische) kennis op te bouwen

Talen & IT:

  • Je spreekt Nederlands en kan je uitdrukken in basis Engels
