De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als administratieve duizendpoot:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van aankoopgegevens in SAP
  • Administratieve ondersteuning binnen het aankoopproces
  • Opmaken en verwerken van verkoopfacturen in het interne ERP-systeem
  • Controleren van administratieve documenten en gegevens
  • Ondersteunen van interne administratieve processen
  • Contact onderhouden met interne afdelingen en klanten
  • Mee opvolgen van dossiers en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve flow
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere administratieve werkwijzen

  • Assertieve houding en bereidheid om initiatief te nemen
  • Sterke teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
