In deze rol ondersteun je met contractbeheer, onderhouden van contacten met verzekeraars en zorg je voor een efficiënte informatie-uitwisseling binnen het team. Beschrijving - Jij ondersteunt het team binnen jouw vakgebied (Corporate / Private Clients / Claims) met diverse administratieve taken. - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling die samenhangt met de contractbeheer. - Jij onderhoudt direct contact met verzekeraars en jouw teamleden, maar je hebt geen direct contact met de klanten. - Jij wordt begeleid door jouw teamleider, die zorgdraagt voor jouw ontwikkeling en verbreding van jouw kennis. - Jij zorgt ervoor dat belangrijke informatie goed binnen het team wordt gecommuniceerd, zodat de werkdruk goed verdeeld is. - Jij distribueert de binnenkomende post en e-mails die relevant zijn voor het vakgebied. - Jij ordent documenten in het centrale beheersysteem, BRIO. - Jij draagt bij aan het contractbeheer met partnerverzekeraars, volgens de richtlijnen van de Client Advisor. - Jij bereidt het verzenden van documenten naar de klant voor. Deze documenten worden voorafgaand goedgekeurd door de Client Advisor, die ze vervolgens naar de klant of de verzekeringsmaatschappij verstuurt. - Jij voert marktonderzoeken uit (aanvragen en volledige beheer van offertes) bij autoverzekeraars en voor brandverzekeringen met eenvoudige risico's en andere zaken (zoals bijvoorbeeld PJ). - Jij stelt verzekeringsbewijzen op bij verzekeringsmaatschappijen en zorgt voor duplicaten ...
