Siro Cleaning Solutions is een groeiende onderneming actief in professionele schoonmaak en facilitaire dienstverlening. Achter onze medewerkers en klanten staat een organisatie waarin dagelijks heel wat geregeld en opgevolgd moet worden.

Daarom zoeken we een administratieve duizendpoot die onze organisatie mee ondersteunt.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen ons kantoor en werkt nauw samen met de directie, HR, planning, sales en onze operationele medewerkers.

Wat ga je doen?

Als administratieve duizendpoot krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket. Je bent iemand die gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende opdrachten en ervoor zorgt dat zaken correct en tijdig worden afgewerkt.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van mailboxen.
  • Ondersteunen van de directie bij de dagelijkse administratie.
  • Agendabeheer en praktische organisatie van afspraken.
  • Opvolgen van administratieve dossiers.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van HR en personeelszaken.
  • Onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers administratief mee opvolgen.
  • Administratie rond bedrijfswagens, schadegevallen, keuringen en boetes.
  • Opvolgen van bedrijfskleding en kantoorbenodigdheden.
  • Ondersteuning bij openbare aanbestedingen.
  • Administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers.
  • Voorbereiden van rapporteringen en Excel-overzichten.
  • Ondersteunen van interne communicatie en nieuwsbrieven.
  • Mee organiseren van interne activiteiten en evenementen.
  • Meewerken aan projecten en verbeteringen binnen de onderneming.

Wij zoeken een sterke administratieve persoonlijkheid.

Je bent iemand die:

  • graag structuur brengt in veel verschillende zaken;
  • nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werkt;
  • zelfstandig kan werken;
  • initiatief neemt;
  • niet bang is om collega's aan te spreken wanneer iets opgevolgd moet worden;
  • gemakkelijk prioriteiten stelt;
  • discreet omgaat met vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • vlot communiceert, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • problemen liever oplost dan ze doorschuift;
  • zich goed voelt in een dynamische KMO;
  • vlot kan werken met Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Word en Excel etc..
