In 's-Gravenzande krijg je veel zelfstandigheid, korte lijnen en de ruimte om invloed te hebben op hoe je werkt. 's Gravenzande MBO/HBO 24-40 uur 3+ jaar ervaring Enthousiast geworden over de functie? Een werkdag zonder gelachen te hebben? Liever niet. Een administratie waar we om kunnen lachen? Ook liever niet. In 's-Gravenzande zoeken we een gezellige Administratieve Held die houdt van eigen verantwoordelijkheid, klantcontact en korte lijnen. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt je eigen klantenportefeuille met voornamelijk eenmanszaken en kleine mkb-ondernemers. Je zorgt dat hun administraties actueel zijn, verzorgt btw-aangiftes en bereidt jaarwerk en eenvoudige jaarrekeningen voor. Ook pak je de voorbereiding van IB- en VPB-aangiftes en deponeringen bij de KvK op. Daarin krijg je de ruimte om steeds zelfstandiger te worden. Maar je bent hier niet alleen met cijfers bezig. Je hebt rechtstreeks contact met je klanten, beantwoordt hun financiële vragen en legt begrijpelijk uit wat je in hun administratie ziet. Valt je iets op of zie je een kans? Dan trek je aan de bel. Zo ben je voor klanten steeds meer degene die zorgt dat hun administratie niet alleen klopt, maar ze ook helpt begrijpen hoe ze ervoor staan. Omdat onze vestiging in 's-Gravenzande verder groeit, kun je bovendien echt meebouwen. Zie je dat een proces slimmer kan of heb je een idee waardoor we klanten beter kunnen helpen? Dan krijg je de ruimte om daar iets mee te doen. De lijnen met de kantoorhouder zijn kort, dus je kunt snel schakelen en sparren wanneer dat nodig is. En je werkplek? Die zit in een levendig verzamelpand in 's-Gravenzande, om de hoek van het centrum.
