Onze service is rust brengen: Financiële gemoedsrust. Wat we doen, doet ertoe! Bedrijven kunnen groeien, kunnen hun eigen diensten of producten verbeteren & wekken meer vertrouwen bij de bank en het personeel.

Logisch dus dat onze Cashflow Specialisten op handen gedragen worden binnen het bedrijf en door onze klanten. Respect & appreciatie mogen ze verwachten!

Hoe gaan we te werk? Door iedere dag de facturen stipt op te volgen. Telefonisch, schriftelijk, aangetekend, met een afbetalingsplan en met een advocaat & vooralmet overleg. Alle legale middelen zijn toegelaten!

Omdat onze klanten zelf haast uitsluitend leveren aan andere bedrijven heb je ook veel aan de ondersteuning van een handelsrapport.

Erg? Een Cashflow specialist beschouwt zijn klanten als zijn eigen klanten.

Wie is geschikt? Niet iedereen, het is nu eenmaal een beroep voor doorzetters en gepassioneerden. Doorzetters zijn assertief, durven Frans te spreken ook al kennen ze het niet perfect. Doorzetters zorgen ervoor dat ze aanbeden worden door de bedrijven waarvoor ze werken.

En durf je ook Duits te spreken dan heb je meer dan een streepje voor!

Verantwoordelijkheden

- Je beheert en monitort je eigen klantenportefeuille, en checkt via speciale software (eForos© by eXago) of facturen tijdig betaald worden. Zo bouw je een relatie op met je eigen klanten.

- Je screent nieuwe en bestaande klanten en formuleert kredietadviezen. (Wij voorzien hiervoor specifieke creditopleiding)

- Je contacteert de klanten aangaande de afgesproken betalingsvoorwaarden en overhaalt ze op assertieve maar klantvriendelijke wijze om tot betaling over te gaan binnen de afgesproken termijn.

- Je helpt mee met het versturen van betalingsherinneringen en beantwoordt de vragen van de klanten in dit verband.

- Je staat in contact met advocaten en deurwaarders voor het indienen en opvolgen van schuldvorderingen.

- Je rapporteert je eigen portefeuille aan je eigen klanten en staat deze bij in de opvolging van de debiteuren.

- Bijleren doe je via opleidingen & van je collega's.

- Je kan ook werken met Excel of wil hierin een opleiding volgen.

Of je hebt een graduaat of professionele bachelor of je hebt relevante ervaring en bent daardoor een aanwinst!

We zoeken een weerbare persoonlijkheid & als je ambitie hebt, willen we zeker van je horen.

Je bent verbaal assertief & durft je ook in het Frans uit te drukken. Indien nodig zorgen we voor de extra training. Duits is een plus.

Je kan alleen werken (thuis) & tegelijkertijd weet je kennis te delen in 2 richtingen met je collega's.

Je durft een afspraak te plannen met onze eigen klanten.
