Als Administratief Medewerker Facturatie zorg je ervoor dat commerciële afspraken en boekingen correct worden vertaald naar foutloze klantenfacturen. De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Administratief Medewerker Facturatie:

  • Commerciële offertes en afspraken correct vertalen naar de uiteindelijke klantenfacturatie.
  • Binnenkomende boekingen controleren en de relevante gegevens correct interpreteren.
  • Facturen voorbereiden en opmaken op basis van gegevens uit het Tariff Management System.
  • Controleren of tarieven, boekingen en facturatiegegevens correct op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Mogelijke afwijkingen detecteren en verder uitzoeken vooraleer een factuur wordt verwerkt.
  • Verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat deadlines worden gerespecteerd.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van Customer Care, Booking, Documentation, Sales en Finance.
  • Financiële en administratieve informatie uitwisselen met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte doorstroming van gegevens zodat financiële processen vlot verlopen.
  • Administratieve dossiers gestructureerd en nauwkeurig verwerken.
  • Gaandeweg inzicht opbouwen in boekingen, tarieven en financiële processen binnen de maritieme sector.
  • Meedenken wanneer gegevens onduidelijk of onvolledig zijn en actief op zoek gaan naar de juiste informatie.

Vanuit een dynamische werkomgeving worden dagelijks tal van internationale transport- en goederenstromen ondersteund. Ondanks de omvang van de organisatie wordt sterk ingezet op samenwerking, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een collegiale werksfeer. Binnen deze functie werk je nauw samen met verschillende commerciële, operationele en financiële afdelingen. Wie jij bent als Administratief Medewerker Facturatie:

  • Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een bachelor binnen een financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen facturatie of een financiële administratieve functie vormt een mooie troef.
  • Kennis van de maritieme sector is een sterke meerwaarde, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Cijfermatig sterk en bijzonder nauwkeurig in het verwerken van gegevens.
  • Gestructureerd en in staat om verschillende dossiers en deadlines tegelijkertijd te bewaken.
  • Leergierig en geïnteresseerd om financiële processen echt te begrijpen.
  • Sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten, ook wanneer deadlines dichterbij komen.
  • Communicatief en comfortabel in de samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Een echte teamspeler met een positieve en ondersteunende ingesteldheid.
  • Flexibel genoeg om goed te functioneren binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Oog voor detail en bereid om gegevens grondig te controleren voordat ze worden verwerkt.
