Binnen een professionele financiële omgeving krijg je een gevarieerde rol waarin je zowel de opvolging van klantenbetalingen als administratieve ondersteuning biedt. Je draagt actief bij aan een gezonde debiteurenportefeuille en ondersteunt de boekhouding waar nodig.

  • Openstaande klantenfacturen nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Versturen van betalingsherinneringen via mail en telefoon.
  • Professioneel en klantvriendelijk contact onderhouden met klanten over openstaande betalingen.
  • Behandelen van incasso‑ en advocatendossiers in overleg met de CFO.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de boekhoudafdeling.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van debiteurengegevens en administratieve dossiers.
  • Sporadisch verzorgen van het onthaal en beheren van de telefooncentrale bij afwezigheid van de receptionist(e).
  • Ervaring in credit control, debiteurenbeheer of een administratieve boekhoudfunctie.
  • Basiskennis boekhouding.
  • Vlotte en diplomatische communicatiestijl, ook bij gesprekken over openstaande betalingen.
  • Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
  • Sterk in administratie en overzicht bewaren.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel en Outlook).
  • Kennis van Navision, CargoWise of OnGuard is een pluspunt.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en goede kennis van Engels en Frans.
