Om hun auditafdeling te versterken, zoeken zij momenteel een voltijds (sales)administratief medewerker. Vanuit deze afdeling worden er diepgaande audits georganiseerd in zowel de industrie als dienstensector, alsook de voedingssector en de medische nijverheid. Je zal tewerkgesteld worden in hun hoofdkantoor op de Noorderlaan in Antwerpen.

  • Je zet mee jouw schouders onder het administratief beheer van prospecten- en klantendossiers.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor prospecten en klanten voor de offerte-aanvragen.
  • Je staat in voor de opmaak en het beheer van de offertes voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten.
  • Ook de verdere opvolging van deze offertes hoort tot jouw takenpakket.
  • Je werkt de dossiers af en draagt deze over aan de afdeling Operations.
  • Je bent met andere woorden de administratieve rechterhand van de commerciële buitendienstmedewerker(s).
  • Je bent een kei in planning en organisatie en deed bij voorkeur reeds een eerdere ervaring op binnen een administratieve/commerciële functie.
  • Vermits onze klant internationaal actief is, kan je je ook professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en het Engels.
  • Je bent computervaardig en je kan werken met Word voor het opmaken van de offertes en met Excel (vb. gebruik van calculaties sheets).
