In unserer Zentrale und den 160 Geschäften warten 1.900 Kolleg:innen auf dich. Bist du Qualitätsdenker:in, Vollblutlöw:in und Möglichmacher:in? Dann passt du perfekt ins Rudel. Deine Aufgaben Mit sicherer Pfote bearbeitest du eigenverantwortlich Reparaturaufträge unserer Geschäfte - von der Annahme bis zum Erfassen von Kostenvoranschlägen und Rückmeldung an die Filiale. Du behältst jeden Reparaturfall im Blick: Du verfolgst seine Spur durch Werkstatt und Labor, klärst den Status und sorgst dafür, dass keine Fährte im Sand verläuft. Ersatzteil- und Lieferantenbestellungen liegen sicher in deiner Pfote - von der Bestellung bis zur Kontrolle des Wareneingangs. Du sorgst dafür, dass jede Information ihren richtigen Platz im digitalen Revier findet: Korrespondenz, Dokumentenmanagement und Ablage rund um Reparatur & Service sind bei dir bestens organisiert. Im Löwenrudel arbeitest du eng mit Werkstatt, Technik und den Geschäften zusammen - abgestimmt, effizient und mit starkem Zusammenhalt. Dein Beitrag Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS/HAK) im Gepäck. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss - dein Löwengeist zählt genauso. Die digitale Savanne ist dein Zuhause: Mit MS Office bewegst du dich sicher und mit klarem Blick. Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit gehören zu deinen natürlichen Instinkten. Du arbeitest genau und gewissenhaft und behältst auch bei mehreren offenen Fällen den Überblick. Unsere Brüller Als Vollblutlöw:in bist du von Anfang an Teil des Rudels und spürst unseren Löwengeist. Bei uns arbeitest du nicht 9 to 5 sondern ganz flexibel innerhalb eines Gleitzeitrahmens von 06:30 bis 17:30 Uhr.
