1 Administration Personal (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

Personalrekrutierung und Bewerbungsgespräche führen

Bestellung und Verwaltung der Arbeitskleidung für die Standorte

Erfassen und Prüfen der Arbeits- und Ausfallzeiten nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben

Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten, Statistiken und Aufstellungen

Vorbereitung Monatsabschluss für Lohnverrechnung

Bearbeitung von Ein- & Austritten der Mitarbeitenden

Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket

Selbstbewusstes, positives und sicheres Auftreten
