We are a leading brand in female fitness, wellbeing, and lifestyle, and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant for our headquarters. This role is a key part of our logistics and supply chain efforts, helping us manage the journey of our products from suppliers to our warehouse to our global customers' doorsteps. 1 Administrative Assistant (m/f/x) - Logistics & Supply Chain Women's Best location: Thaur, Tirol part-time: starting at 16hr/week

The right fit for you:

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our team with essential administrative tasks. While experience in logistics is not required, a strong command of Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for detail are a must.

Your responsibilities:

* Consolidate information from various Excel files

* Update and track shipping dates

* Maintain accurate data within our ERP system

* Support the logistics team with daily administrative duties

What we're looking for:

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Strong English skills, both written and spoken

* A reliable, accurate, and detail-oriented work ethic

* Experience with ERP systems and collaboration tools like Monday.com is a plus, but not required.

Depending on qualifications and work experience, the minimum gross annual salary for part-time starts at EUR 14.000. If you are a proactive and organized individual who thrives on ensuring data accuracy, we encourage you to apply!
